Streamcord announces my stream after I've been live for several minutes #

Due to the way the platforms' APIs work and the number of notifications that Streamcord serves, the bot may take some time to send out messages. Timing may vary based on the type of notification being sent.

Streamcord doesn't send announcements/notifications #

Ensure that Streamcord has correct permissions in order to send notifications.

Give Streamcord the following permissions for your notifications channel:

• View Channel
• Send Messages
• Embed Links
• Attach Files
• Use External Emoji
• Mention @everyone, @here, and All Roles

My dashboard displays an error code #

If your dashboard server notifications page displays an error with a code number, please follow the steps on this page:

My notifications were deleted #

In order to keep our systems as efficient as possible, Streamcord may automatically delete notifications that meet one or more of the following requirements:

• The notification has not successfully notified in the past 30 days (meaning an attempt was made to notify, but there was an error due to the bot being removed from the server, insufficient permissions, etc.)
• The notification has not notified at all in the past 90 days
