User-Generated Content Policy
User-generated content (UGC) is content that users contribute to Streamcord, and which is visible to or accessible by at least a subset of Streamcord's or Discord's users. The following counts as UGC and is bound by this policy:
- Stream notifications
- Notification message content (including text, links, images, emojis, etc.)
- Live Role configurations
- Role names
- Filter rule content
- Live Role Notification message content (including text, links, images, emojis, etc.)
- Stream schedule sync configurations
- Scheduled events content (including text, links, images, emojis, etc.)
User-generated content must conform to the guidelines outlined by this policy. UGC that violates the policy is subject to removal at the sole discretion of the developer, as noted in Section V of the Streamcord Terms of Service.
Below are defined the criteria to which UGC must conform in order to be permitted for use on Streamcord's platform.
UGC Policy Criteria
Spam, Malware, or Unsolicitied Content
User-generated content must not contain spam, malware, or unsolicited content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Repeated, unwanted, or intrusive advertisements or messages.
- Repeated, unwanted, or intrusive pinging or messaging of server members.
- Any references to software intentionally designed to cause damage to a computer or computer network.
- Any content that is posted without the consent of the recipient or without a proper context.
Violence, Harassment, or Hate Speech
Streamcord is a tool designed to create open, inviting communities. Do not use Streamcord to promote or idealize any type of violence, harassment of individuals or groups, or use of hate speech.
The use of Streamcord in order to "raid" or "snipe" a streamer is not permitted.
Impersonation or Misrepresentation
User-generated content must not be used to impersonate or misrepresent any individual, group, or organization. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating a false identity or pretending to be someone else, including other users or content creators.
- Creating a fale identity or pretending to be an official representative, employee, or affiliate of Streamcord, LLC; Discord, Inc.; or Twitch Interactive, Inc.
- Misrepresenting your affiliation with any individual or entity.
- Using another user’s account without their explicit permission.
Sexually Explicit Material
Do not use Streamcord to promote or reference sexually explicit material. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any form of pornography or suggestive or explicit sexual content.
- Content that expliots, objectifies, or harms minors.
- Content that promotes or encourages sexual violence or exploitation.
- Content that promotes or represents prostitution or sex trafficking.
Copyright Infringement or DMCA Violation
Do not use Streamcord to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material, including images, music, videos, or other media.
- Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or other brand identifiers.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of content protected by the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Illegal Activities
User-generated content must not promote, support, or glorify illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content that promotes or supports illegal activities, including but not limited to, drug trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism, and organized crime.
- Content that shares or distributes illegal substances or goods.
- Content that shares, distributes, or promotes hacking activities, including sharing of hacking tools, guides, or tutorials, with the reasonable exceptions of "white hat hacking" and "ethical hacking" strictly for educational or security consultancy purposes.
- Content that shares, distributes, or promotes cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software intended to manipulate or disrupt Streamcord’s services or any other software, service, or website.
- Content that otherwise violates criminal or civil law of applicable municipalities, jurisdictions, and sovereign nations.
Adherance to Third-Party Policies
Additionally, user-generated content must conform to the following:
- All content:

- Content related to Kick:
- Content related to YouTube:
How to report content that breaks the policy
Any violation of the above terms may be reported via our Google form: Report content as breaking Streamcord's policies

For streamers
Content creators have the right to request the removal of any unauthorized use of or reference to their content from Streamcord.
In addition to the reporting methods mentioned above, you may open a ticket in Streamcord's Discord server to request removal of unwanted content.
In cases where it is determined that the above terms have not been violated by content that has been reported, the developer reserves the right to use sole judgement on whether to remove the offending content.
