Patreon Subscriptions Deprecation
Previously, users could subscribe to Streamcord Pro via Patreon. This subscription method is now deprecated, and the Discord App Store should be used instead.
If you are still subscribed to Streamcord Pro via Patreon, follow the instructions below for information on how to continue using Streamcord Pro.

- Formal announcements are sent in the Discord server and to patrons.

- The last month that patrons will be billed for is May 2025.
- June 1, 2025: Patreon Features Removed
- Users with Legacy Pro Mode enabled in their servers will no longer receive premium features.
- The Streamcord Pro bot will be turned off. Users will need to switch to the regular bot.
- Live Roles and commands will not be processed.
- Servers will not receive notifications or schedule updates.
- The Streamcord Patreon account will be deleted. Members who are still subscribed will no longer be billed.
- Users with an annual subscription will receive a partial refund prorated for the remaining duration of their subscription.
Differences Between Patreon and the Discord App Store
- You have the convenience of linking your payment method directly to Discord. There's no need to create a third-party account, such as Patreon.
- No need to enable Pro Mode in your server; everything is handled automatically.
- Discord does not support annual subscriptions.
- Discord App Store subscriptions use the main bot (Streamcord#2800), not the Streamcord Pro bot (Streamcord Pro#4469).
- Discord handles all billing issues, not Patreon or the Streamcord support team.
How to Migrate to the Discord App Store
Migrating your Streamcord Pro subscription to the Discord App Store is easy.
- Invite the main Streamcord bot to your server if you haven't already.
- Configure Streamcord's permissions in your server.
- Make sure Streamcord can send messages in your notification channel, and has the Manage Roles permission for Live Role.
- On your server's dashboard page, open the three dots (...) menu near the top-right of the page and click "Disable Pro Mode (Legacy)".
- Subscribe to Streamcord Pro via the Discord App Store.
- Please allow a few minutes for the dashboard to update.
