Cancelling Subscriptions

For Patreon, follow their help center article on how to cancel a membership.

For Discord, follow their help center article about Premium App Subscriptions FAQ under the "How to Manage/View/Cancel Subscriptions" section.


For Patreon, please reach out to our support team at or email [email protected] using the email that you signed up for Pro with in the event that you are not able to join our Discord server.

Most Patreon refunds are directly controlled by Streamcord. We will only offer a refund if ALL the following conditions are met:

  • This is your first month of subscribing to Streamcord Pro
  • You paid for Streamcord Pro in the last 14 days


  • You forgot to cancel your Streamcord Pro subscription at the end of the month
  • You paid for Streamcord Pro in the last 7 days


  • You were charged more than your subscription amount due to a billing error on Patreon's end or after upgrading your subscription

For Discord, follow their Refund Policy under the "Premium App Subscription Policy" section.

Discord refunds are NOT controlled by Streamcord; they are given at Discord's sole discretion.
