Account Privacy #

The Privacy tab on your account page lets you request a copy of the data Streamcord has linked to your Discord account, or submit an account deletion request. To open it, click Account in the dashboard's left sidebar, then click the Privacy tab on the account banner.

Streamcord's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service cover what data Streamcord collects and how it's used. For privacy-related questions that aren't answered there, email [email protected].

Request my data #

Clicking Request my data sends you a copy of the persistent data Streamcord stores about you, including:

• Notifications you've created
• Your Streamcord Pro subscriptions
• Third-party account connections
• Login info and account settings
• Support tickets you've opened
• Live Role event logs for your Discord account

Delete my account #

Clicking Delete my account removes the account data listed above, except for Streamcord Pro subscriptions and support tickets.

Deleting your Streamcord account will not:

• End your Streamcord Pro subscription(s)
• Remove Streamcord from your servers
• Stop stream notifications or Live Role from working in your server
• Fix technical issues with the bot in your server(s)

If you want to cancel a Pro subscription or remove the bot from a server, do those actions separately first.
